Leah Rose

Leah’s love of gardening started young. She fondly remembers getting to choose one of her grandma’s wide-brimmed hats to don while exploring her granddad’s garden, where she tried to remember the names of all the flowers. Then she began to plant her own for the 4-H fair. She grew up and became a medical laboratory scientist, but she never stopped delighting in growing things. When it came time to plan her wedding, there was only one non-negotiable: home grown flowers. This is when she realized just how many varieties were available, and she couldn’t help but want to grow them all! Since then, her garden has grown larger each year. In 2021, she took the leap from flower gardener to flower farmer, and she’s loving sharing the beauty of local flowers with her community!

Jacob

While Leah grows the flowers, she can’t take all the credit! Without her husband, Jacob, it would be hard to grow the business. Jacob contributes a lot when it comes to the heavy lifting and infrastructure projects that are needed to make all Leah’s wildest flower dreams come true! He is also an invaluable source of information on soil science, organic growing, and regenerative agriculture. Jacob spends most of his time working on his family’s certified organic dairy farm.
